Ruth and Andrew, the owners & custodians of Gelukkie, are both talented artists and creative free spirits who are dedicated to making a beautiful and welcoming space for all to share.
Andrew was born and raised in Zimbabwe. He loves working with wood and makes all of the beautiful items of furniture and fixtures around the farm, cottages and venue. He enjoys the West Coast lifestyle, good food, a nice glass of wine or Irish whiskey, music, laughter with friends and his lovely Ruth.
Ruth is a farm girl, born and raised. She is inspired by nature, animals and things of beauty. Creative and with a wonderful quirky sense of style she is an artist and the designer responsible for the look and feel of the beautiful spaces around Gelukkie.
Together they have a passion for hospitality and delight in sharing the love, joy and beauty of Gelukkie with all who visit.
